Role: Warehouse Shift Manager
Location: Middlewich
Salary: £35,000 per annum - DOE
As Shift Manager you'll be working on behalf of one our key customers on a full time, permanent basis across a 5 out of 7 days pattern.
The shifts on-site are;
* 0600-1400
* 1400-2200
Duties:
• Lead and manage the team on your shift to achieve KPI's in line with the customer's expectations
• Effectively communicate with various internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure performance management mechanisms are utilised, focussing on driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure that Health & Safety requirements are adhered to
Requirements:
• Management experience, ideally in a warehousing environment
• Articulate communication skills
• A genuine passion for safety, service and standards
• Commercially aware and able to produce KPI reports
