Manufacturing Engineer

Role: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Ripon, North Yorkshire

Salary: £42,000 per annum

Medical Device company based in North Yorkshire looking for an engineer to join them on a permanent basis.

The role covers a wide range of activities including process improvements, maintenance and calibration of critical equipment.  Process introduction and validation, supplier management, supporting design transfer and design change processes.  Aswell assisting in the design of production and testing gauging and manufacturing aids.

This means you will need to be a hands on engineer who is willing to learn and adapt quickly, with a passion for problem solving.

Essential Skills:

* Graduate Qualification ideally in Engineering or demonstrable hands on engineering experience in industry

* Ideally experience in a regulated industry, preferably Medical Device but also Pharmaceuticals, Food, Chemicals, Automotive, Aerospace, FMCG etc.

* Excellent communication and problem solving skills

* Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
