Role: Engineering Manager
Salary: £52,000 (& bonuses)
Hours: Monday - Friday
Location: Renfrewshire
This Engineering Manager position will require you to have a strong maintenance background either from a Manufacturing or Distribution environment, implementing PPM Schedules and leading Maintenance teams to reduce downtime and improve productivity.
The successful candidate will join a company which is now one of the leading companies in its sector. This reputable manufacturer has been established for over 30 years and continue to lead the market in their field.

Engineering Manager Key Skills / Qualifications:
•Recognised Engineering Qualification
•Previous experience within a Manufacturing or Distribution environment
•Leadership experience that includes;
Manage, control and develop employee’s absence, performance, management, grievances, health & safety, budget control, recruitment, continuous improvement.
Proven experience of leading Maintenance teams within a manufacturing or production background.
